“There really is a lot of shared understanding, but there are also differences”: identity configurations in science communicators' professional identity

Science communication is a relatively new field of practice, shaped by diverse group professional science communicators and the way they make sense their work. A distinguishing feature these organisational context work in. Based on typology from an theory framework, this study explores perspectives 15 German through qualitative interviews. It seems that while tend to draw common set building blocks, use them construct individual identity configurations partly influenced context.
